Amante is a true gem of a bar in North Beach. The bar itself is really quite lovely, and big -- about 20 people can sit around it. There are plush seats on the East wall that make you just want to cozy up with a nice drink. Oh, and the food is really pretty delicious, especially the little pizzas (of course, this is North Beach), and the fish tacos! Bring your appetite for drinks and food. Oh, and for the sports fans, they have recently added two new large TVs. Not our favorite thing, but they still play music. Located on Green Street between Stockton and Grant, so it is close to everything in North Beach. Open 5 PM - 2 AM daily.
