We have driven past Town Hall for years (it opened in 2003) and we always wanted to go, but when we were thinking about it there was never a reservation available. But we finally made it, and wow, I am still blown away by the food, service, and the restaurant itself, 24 hours later! The food it out of this world, and the portions are pretty big, too, for such a fancy restaurant. So bring your appetitive, and be prepared to eat some fabulous food. Oh, and the interior...it made us feel like we were in Boston.
